"Awesome experience, I'll be back for sure"
From beginning to end, it was absolutely amazing at the VW specialist in Aberdeen. Kosta was super helpful and kept me in the loop during the buying process of my new ride. Also, Gary Thompson is a great guy, and all the staff are top-notch—a real asset to the company. Thanks a bunch!

"Fantastic shopping journey with Harry..."
Had a fantastic shopping journey with Harry at Cupra from beginning to end. The updates about our car's arrival were spot on, especially that video of it coming in on the transporter. Picking it up was a breeze! I’d definitely recommend this place.

"Fresh BMW 1 Series"
We got our hands on the new BMW on March 13th. The whole handover process was top-notch, and they showed us every feature of the car. The sales crew and the BMW Genius were fantastic the whole time. Driving this car is just a joy.

"Consistent Quality, But Some Delays"
Consistent quality as always, but it ain't all wrapped up since some parts are still on back order - even though I scheduled it a month back. I only found out when I dropped off the car.

From the very start to the finish, the customer service was outstanding, even getting a follow-up call to make sure all was well. Other dealerships could really take notes from these folks.

"Service Confusion"
Had a bit of a mix-up with the service. A caller from Dunfermline scheduled us for a service that actually isn’t needed until next year. Made an 80-mile round trip for nothing, which is a real bummer.

"MOT and Service Experience for Skoda Koraq"
I had a top-notch experience from the moment I booked the service over the phone, to dropping off my car at the depot, and getting updates along with a video showing the work completed. The staff were super polite, well-informed, and friendly all the way through. Everything was finished on schedule, and my car was cleaned and nicely valeted too.

Superb service! I was really impressed by the detailed health report of my vehicle. What really made me happy was that the company managed to fix my SOS Emergency system, which had been acting up for quite a while. They did an awesome job!

"Easy Booking for Service"
